React to feedback: "Next time, if they call you the day before departure to arrange the location and time of the recording, you should pick up the phone or answer the emails. This system doesn't work any other way.' Also, I don't have your money, it's withheld by the system. I don't get a single forint from it! I think you should first read the terms of use before you write such nonsense."
