"Utazás előtt 3 órával mondta le amivel nem is lenne probléma amennyiben telefonon vagy sms-ben értesített volna. Én utazás előtt kb 5-6 órával hívtam telefonon és nem vette fel és nem is hívott vissza. Ez a minimális kommunikáció elvárható lett volna :("
