"Minden rendben ment.

Kicsit hamarabb jöttek a sofőrök, mint az előző napon megbeszélt időpont. Erről tájékoztattak fél órával azelőtt, hogy megérkeztek.

Haladtunk, de azért volt 2-3 óránként pihenő és mosdószünet.

A sofőrök kedvesek voltan, még a kutyámra is vigyáztak, amikor nem tudtam vele lenni a pihenőben."

Érhető volt, segített mindenben.
Rendben epsegben megerkeztünk. Koszonjuk szépen.
Esetleg annyit tudnék mondani hogy az út során a sofőrök ha kicsit több információt adnak mikor merre mennyit állunk meg, még szuperebb az út, de amúgy nincs panasz."

"This car driver really confused me. I phone called him in the morning of the day before the journey (on the phone number which was sent to me in the email of the reservation confirmation), he shocked me when said that I have to cancel the trip because I am stuck in London. He should call me in advance to tell me that he will cancel the trip, because of him I had to book train tickets where I lost 50 Euros extra than I was going to pay to him due to the late time for booking. The big surprise was at the night of the same day, another phone number (but not mentioned in the reservation confirmation email) called me and was asking when and where shall we meet in Cologne. I said, today morning the other guy said the journey is cancelled and I lost 50 Euros because of him, then he only said okay bye.
This is my second experience with Oszkar drivers, both experiences was bad and the trip failed. The previous time I was travelling to the Hague in the Netherlands, and the driver cancelled the trip at the last moment, I had an appointment in the Embassy of my country there, and I already booked a hotel for two nights for my accommodation, and I booked the tickets of the returning back as well. When that driver cancelled the trip I couldn't lose all these reservations, so I had to book trains for me and my wife where I lost 200 Euros extra.
I am really not happy with your service, the administration of Oszkar should be more strict with the drivers if the failure of the trip because of them, as the passenger will lose a lot of money if he/she will be informed about the cancellation of the trip at the last moment. In addition, there must be a compensation for the passengers if they lost money because of the trip cancellation."
