"Többszöri levelezés volt az indulásról...reggel többször hívtam, sms-t küldetm...vártam...majd az idulási idő után (10 peccel) sms-t kaptam, hogy a barátja akivel közösen utaztak volna elaludt...nekem időre kellett érkeznem, így nem tudtam várni rájuk további 20-25 percet."

"Rengeteg csomag, amiért én 1 hellyel kevesebbet tudtam meghirdetni, mikor mondtam nekik, hogy azt a plusz helyet 50% ki kell fizetni, nem értették miért???
Megkapták tőlem ajándékba, de a többi utas a sok csomagjuk miatt kényelmetlenül utazott, és értetlenül szemlélték, hogy miért nem természetes az, hogy ha valaki több csomagot hoz a helyfoglalásához, akkor azt ki kell fizetni.

React to feedback: "If you don't like the quantity of our bags or the thing that you have to pick us up from the airport, you should have told us in advance but not the very same moment we were ready to pay down. It was ridiculous why we had to pay more if we had not been informed. Please also keep in mind that you were notified that we would have 3 bags couple days prior the ride. Hence, I do not understand what made you so disappointed. Have a good one!"
