React to feedback: "Sorry was not online coz i had booked the ride for my cousin who was coming from the airport but there's was miscalculation in timing and also his phone battery died so we couldn't get in touch of which I realized later after the ride was long gone coz after connecting the driver and the commuter i thought they got in touch but it seems like they didn't and only received/saw the drivers message when it was already late.
But I'm really sorry for the inconveniences caused."
