"Unfortunately, he said he never saw my reservation. I had a very important appointment that morning in Budapest and ended up arriving late. He even told a taxi guy at the TESCO parking lot, who called him for me, that he had come there and left because I wasn't there. This was not true, as I had been there from 5.30 a.m - 30 minutes before travel time and I walked up and down the whole time looking for his car. However, he later apologized for it. I felt his communication was very poor. All in all, I wish him well."
