"Everything was good but his tire blew up in the middle of the highway and he didn't have a spare tire. We had to wait 3 hours for the repair. As a driver transporting people he should have checked his wheels before the trip and should carry an extra tire for emergency.

React to feedback: "Dear Unurzaya!

The car has summer tires on that are only a half year old. In these new cars there are no plus tires only repair products that were useless in our case cause the tire was completely ripped by the time i could stand by. I tried to compensate the inconvinience by giving you a ride to your house free. I think it was the minimum.
